What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and profile picture. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive the profile information that Google provides. We also store your bookmarked papers and recently viewed history to provide a personalized experience.
How we use it
We use your information exclusively to provide the Revision Grid service — to authenticate you, save your bookmarks, and personalize your search experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
Cookies and local storage
We use browser localStorage to store your theme preference, session token, and cached search states. We use minimal, essential cookies for authentication. We do not use any third-party tracking cookies or analytics beyond our own anonymized usage metrics.
Data security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored securely. Passwords are never stored in plaintext. Account emails are verified via OTP before access is granted. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at privacy@revisiongrid.com.
