1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Revision Grid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

1. Educational Aggregator Status

Revision Grid is an educational resource aggregator. We organize and index publicly available past papers, mark schemes, and examiner reports strictly for personal, non-commercial revision and study purposes. We do not claim ownership over the underlying exam materials, which remain the intellectual property of their respective examination boards (e.g., Cambridge Assessment International Education, Pearson Edexcel, etc.).

2. Acceptable Use of the Platform

You may use Revision Grid to study, track your progress, and download individual papers for your personal revision. However, you may not abuse the platform infrastructure. Specifically, you may not:

  • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to bulk-download or mirror the website's database.
  • Attempt to sell, rent, or commercialize access to the Revision Grid platform or its tools.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or API endpoints.
  • Use the Discord integration to spam or harass other students.

3. User Accounts and Streaks

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Revision Grid reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate the "Study Streak" and leaderboard systems through artificial means.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Revision Grid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to maintain the most accurate and up-to-date database of past papers, we do not guarantee the completeness or absolute accuracy of any indexed material. Examination boards may revise syllabuses or grade boundaries at any time; always verify critical information with official board documentation.
